Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid (UPI) orders are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
